The TICA Way: Trauma Awareness Training at Westbank

New ADHD peer support groups launched in Plymouth

Two new ADHD peer support groups — one online and one in person — launched earlier this year in Plymouth. Offering a free, welcoming space for people to connect, share practical strategies and access local signposting. Read more…

The Creative and Embodied Trauma Therapy Group

The Creative and Embodied Trauma Therapy Group is a collaborative initiative between the Devon Mental Health Alliance (DMHA) and NHS secondary care services within Devon Partnership NHS Trust. The programme has been developed in alignment with the Community Mental Health Framework, supporting integrated, person-centred care across services. Read more….

Alliance Drop-in offer and Learning Network

The Alliance drop-in offer provides warm connection spaces for people in the community across the county – anyone can turn up for a chat, signposting or to take part in activities we regularly run.

We also promote a broad range of free and low cost activities through our learning network calendar.
