Looking for a warm, friendly space this winter? We’ve teamed up with The Devon Moorings to host weekly drop-in sessions across the county.
 
These sessions are free, open to all adults (18+), and designe If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, call 111 and select the mental health option for further help and support. For further advice or support go to www.dpt.nhs.uk/urgent-help

This Autumn, our Kingsbridge Mental Health & Recovery Drop-in has enjoyed 2 guest speakers from Citizen’s Advice Torbay and Wellbeing Workshops.

Hosted at @ All Mental Health & Recovery Drop ins will be closed from Weds 24th Dec - Fri 2nd Jan to give our hard working staff a well deserved rest. We will be back from Monday 3rd January to normal working hours.
