Join us for the next PMHC event – an opportunity to connect, learn, and share ideas with others. The event will feature speakers from local charities and organisations, along with a speed networking session aimed at exploring how we can work together to support mental health and wellbeing in our communities.

Join the Trauma-Informed Plymouth Network (TIPN) for a reflective and engaging session focused on values and a "temperature check" on trauma-informed practice across the city. We'll explore where we are collectively on Plymouth’s journey to becoming a truly trauma-informed city—what’s working, where the gaps are, and what’s next. A great opportunity to align on shared principles and reconnect with the heart of this important work.
