Recovery Practitioner (South Devon & Torbay) Vacancies

Job Description

• Job Title: Recovery Practitioner (Torbay & South Devon)

• Main Purpose: To deliver high quality person-centred support services to individuals with a broad range of mental health and social issues

• Salary: £21,500 – £23,000 per year

• Term: Fixed term until 31st January 2025, with a potential 2-year extension

• Location: This role will operate alongside Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs) in Torbay and South Devon

• Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week; occasional evening and weekend work as required

• Reporting to: Locality Manager (East & South Devon)

• Annual leave: 35 days (this includes 8 paid bank holidays)
