VCSE Connectivity Feedback Survey

Thanks for taking the time to complete this anonymous survey. As a commissioned partner of the Devon Partnership NHS Trust and Livewell Southwest, we are committed to improving partnership working between the statutory and voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sectors.

To help make sure we’re doing this as effectively as possible, we’d really appreciate any feedback you can provide about your experiences of working with voluntary and community sector partners. This is an initial listening exercise; we’ll share the outcomes with you and senior system leaders. We’ll also use the information we collect to start shaping some actions to improve our ability to work together.
