Recovery Practitioner (various localities)
Our Recovery Practitioners work alongside our Locality Managers to help deliver mental health and wellbeing support offers across Devon. The roles entail a range of responsibilities, from delivering 1:1 emotional support, facilitating psychoeducational courses and support groups, and liaising with colleagues in local primary care network (PCN) and community mental health teams (CMHTs). You will play a pivotal role in working alongside people with mental health challenges to help them navigate their own journey to recovery and positive mental wellbeing.
Organisation: Devon Mind (Plymouth, North & West) or Step One (Torbay, Exeter, East & South)
Role type: Full-time and part-time roles available (currently fixed-term until January 2025)
Salary range: Up to £24,500 full-time equivalent (please see individual job listings for salary ranges)
Location: Hybrid office, home and community working across each individual locality
