Join Our 10-Week Yoga4MentalHealth Course!

Dear Readers,

We’re excited to share details of our upcoming 10-week Yoga4MentalHealth course, designed to support mental wellbeing through gentle, accessible yoga practices with applicability to staff, patients and end users.

This course is accredited by the Yoga in Healthcare Alliance and validated by the University of Westminster, the Professional Teacher is qualified to Personalised Care Institute Level ensuring an accredited standard of delivery and evidence-based benefits for mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Please find the flyer attached with all the key information. The course is open to anyone who feels they would benefit from the mental health support yoga can offer—no prior experience is necessary.

  • Dates:

    • Sessions 1-3: 4th, 11th, 18th July

    • Sessions 4-17:  1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd August.

    • Sessions 8-10: 5th, 19th, 26th September.

 

  • Venue: Torbay Foyer, Torquay, TQ1 4DZ.

  • Time: 9:45 am until 11:45 am.

  • 10-week course.

  • Suitable for beginners, suited to chair users.

  • Focused on mental health and emotional wellbeing.

  • Secular, with no religious affiliation.

  • Free
