Help Shape Future Mental Health Appointments in North Devon
We Want to Hear From You
Devon Partnership NHS Trust is reviewing how and where we provide mental health appointments across North Devon and in particular West Pilton.
As part of this work, we are seeking feedback from people who currently use, have previously used, or may need to use our services in the future.
We want to better understand:
✅ Where people would prefer to attend appointments
✅ What locations feel welcoming, accessible and convenient
✅ Whether community venues may be preferred over traditional NHS buildings
✅ What matters most when choosing where to receive support
Why Is This Important?
We recognise that attending appointments in NHS buildings may not suit everyone.
We are reviewing the use of our West Pilton site, which is home to a number of services including:
• Community Mental Health Teams
• Talkworks
• Workways
Before making any decisions, we want to test our assumptions and gather feedback from as many people as possible.
