Wellbeing Open Day returns to Plymouth this November

The Devon Mental Health Alliance & The Plymouth Mental Health Collective are delighted to host the third Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Open Day in Plymouth this Autumn. The free event will bring together a wide range of fantastic community groups and organisations to showcase the many activities and services available across the city that support positive mental health — from walking and art groups to peer support networks and drop-in connection spaces.

Inspired by Community Appointment Days, the event aims to bring communities closer to their mental health services and get on-the-day support and advice. We’ll also have a team of community workers on hand to chat with visitors, learn about their interests, and connect them with organisations and opportunities that could help make a difference to their mental health and wellbeing.

Championing Co-creation

Co-produced by our Experts by Experience, the Open Day celebrates co-creation by having those with lived experience involved in every aspect of the day, including our poster created by one of our Experts.

Would you like to host a stall?

There will be 50 stalls to showcase the wide range of services and opportunities in Plymouth. Stalls are free, and an opportunity for wellbeing services working within the community to speak with locals face-to-face.

Book Your Stall: Stall Sign Up

Deadline to book: Friday 16th October (or until filled).

Before booking, please ensure you can stay for the entire event to ensure every attendee gets the same experience.
