North Devon Wellbeing Walks this Autumn

Phil Harris, DMHA’s Community Development Lead for North Devon, has been attending fortnightly Wellbeing Walks organised by Coast Path Connector Huw Davies, South West Coast Path Association.

Phil joined the latest wellbeing walk, saying “despite the grey clouds there was no sting in the breeze, with a pleasant wind as we rounded Baggy Point. The Wellbeing Walk saw Gannets and Cormorants spotted across the bay, along with many, many dogs! (Well behaved dogs are often welcome on the walks.) The walks take place across sections of the coast path. We can be up across Ilfracombe one week, or down in the Torridge estuary near Appledore another.”

South West Coast Path Association – Coast Path Connectors organise community walks along the 630 mile coast path
